On August 1, the revised FASTag regulations will go into force. Their main goals are to streamline toll payment procedures and reduce traffic at toll booths.
The required FASTag KYC criteria are one of the major updates to the new rules released by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI). FASTag users should make sure their KYC is updated by Thursday to comply with NPCI requirements, as this is when the KYC procedure begins.
