Application Process

Pre-requisites for Applying Online

Please note that Candidates will require the following for successfully completing the application process:

  1. A valid email ID which should be kept active till the declaration of results.
  2. Contact no and current address should be filled correctly for future communication.
  3. Total marks attained in SSLC/10th, Graduation and Post Graduation (If applicable). (Please note and keep ready if applicable).
  4. Experience details, Date of joining and Date of Leaving should be carried candidates while filling the on line form
  5. Updated Bio Data.
  6. Latest Color passport size photograph.

The Application Workflow is given below

Scanning & Uploading Photograph and Biodata Procedure

  1. There will be three separate links for uploading Photograph, Bio-data / CV and Signature.
  2. Click on the respective link "Upload Photograph / Bio Data/Signature".
  3. Browse & Select the location where the Scanned Photo / Bio Data file has been saved.
  4. Select the file by clicking on it.

Photograph image Specifications

  1. Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture.
  2. The picture should be in colour, against a light-coloured, preferably white, background.
  3. Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face
  1. If you have to use flash, ensure there's no "red-eye".
  2. If you wear glasses make sure that there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
  3. Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. Religious headwear is allowed but it must not cover your face.
  4. Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred)
  5. Ensure that the size of the scanned image is not more than 1MB. If the size of the file is more than 100KB, then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no. of colours etc., during the process of scanning.

Scanning the photograph:

  1. Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch)
  2. Set Color to True Color
  3. File Size as specified above
  4. Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the photograph/signature, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above).
  5. The image file should be JPG or JPEG format. An example file name is: image01.jpg or image01.jpeg
  6. Image dimensions can be checked by listing the folder files or moving the mouse over the file image icon.
  7. Candidates using MS Windows/MS Office can easily obtain photo and signature in .jpeg format not exceeding 1MB respectively by using MS Paint or MS Office Picture Manager.
  8. Scanned photograph and signature in any format can be saved in .jpg format by using 'Save As' option in the File menu and size can be reduced below 1MB (photograph) by using crop and then resize option in the 'Image' menu. Similar options are available in other photo editors also.
  9. If the file size and format are not as prescribed, an error message will be displayed and application will not be submitted.

Application Fee

  1. There will be no Application Fee

Examination Centers and note on Schedule

  1. Assessment process for shortlisted applicant will be uploaded a week before the event.
  2. Venue details and exact schedule will be uploaded online a week before the event.
