The Cape Peninsula University of Technology provides its students with a platform called Blackboard, which allows them to access all the information they need for their studies. If you’re not sure how to log in to the CPUT Blackboard, we can help. Follow the straightforward steps outlined here.
The Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) has implemented a Learning Management System (LMS) called CPUT Blackboard, sometimes known as Myclassroom, allowing students to attend online lectures quickly, obtain lecture notes, and submit assignments.
This e-learning site can also be utilized by CPUT teachers to submit courses and course materials, as well as to promote significant communications and events. Students can access all of their academic work on the CPUT Blackboard.
How to Login to CPUT Blackboard?
- Visit https://myclassroom.cput.ac.za/.
- Enter your CPUT username.
- Enter your password.
- Now, click on ‘Sign in’ to access your course content.
Students and faculty can sign in using a third-party account by selecting the “Sign in with a third-party account” option. This option provides students with an additional means to access the CPUT Blackboard by authenticating their Office 365 account (CPUT student email), which is active in the cloud and permits access when CPUT systems are inactive or unavailable.
If you are a first-year CPUT student, you will receive training on how to use the CPUT Blackboard. Students can also expect to complete online assessments via Blackboard and connect with their peers through the forum features. CPUT staff and students can also download the CPUT Blackboard mobile app for free, which is compatible with Android and iOS devices. The app for lecturers is named ‘Instructor,’ while the app for students is called ‘Blackboard.’
When logging in to the app, enter “Cape Peninsula University of Technology” as your institution. Then enter the username and password you used for your web login. For additional information on the CPUT Blackboard, please visit their website.
