The Institute of Banking Professionals Selection (IBPS) recently issued an official notification for recruiting clerical professionals in 2024. This year, the IBPS plans to fill 6,128 clerical posts at 11 public sector banks across India. The application process for IBPS Clerk 2024 began on July 1, 2024, and ended on July 28, 2024. This exam is held annually to fill clerical positions, and the selection procedure is separated into two parts: a preliminary examination and a major examination. The initial assessment is set for August 2024. Candidates must have their IBPS Clerk admit cards to sit for the examination. The issuing body will post these admit cards on the IBPS’s official website.
The Selection Process
The selection procedure for the IBPS Clerk 2024 recruiting consists of various stages.
- Preliminary Examination: This is the initial step in the selection process. At this step, candidates’ extensive knowledge and comprehension will be assessed.
- Main Examination: Candidates who pass the preliminary examination will take the main examination. To advance to the next step of the selection process, candidates must first pass this stage.
- Provisional Allotment: Based on their performance in the main exam, candidates will be provisionally assigned to one of the participating banks.
Clerk Preliminary Exam Scheme:
- The IBPS Clerk 2024 exam will be held online at several exam centers.
- The exam will last one hour.
- There will be 100 questions in the examination.
- Each correct answer will be worth one mark.
- For each wrong response, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
How to Download IBPS Clerk Admit Card 2024?
Step 1: Go to the IBPS RRB’s official website, www.ibps.in.
Step 2: From the homepage, click the “Admit Card” link at the top of the page.
Step 3: Clicking on your particular IBPS RRB region will redirect you to the regional website.
Step 4: Enter your IBPS RRB Roll No./registering ID supplied to you while registering for the IBPS RRB Officers Scale I, II, and III, Office Assistant (Clerk) 2024 Exam.
Step 5: Enter your date of birth and password.
Step 6: Click the Search Now button. The IBPS RRB admission card will appear on your screen. Take a printout to carry to the exam.
IBPS has closed the application process for the Clerk and PO positions. Now, all candidates are waiting for the issuance of their admission cards. The clerk and Probationary Officer’s hall ticket can be issued until the last week of July, which I will notify you separately. The admit card is an important document that each candidate must provide at the examination center. It contains critical information on the candidate and key guidelines that candidates must follow. Candidates must double-check all the information on their admit cards to ensure accuracy. If there are any inaccuracies, contact the recruitment authority right away to correct them. Admission to the examination hall strictly depends on showing a valid admission card. Candidates who do not have their admission cards will be unable to enter the exam hall.
