India Post GDS Merit List 2024:
We now notify all candidates who applied to be considered for an appointment as Gramin Dak Sevak under the India Post by August 5, 2024, or before, that the merit list will be made available in PDF format on the relevant web portal. Everyone has to be aware that a direct link will be activated as soon as it is made available online. The India Post’s merit list for the position of Gramin Dak Sevak will be made available for each of the states and union territories individually. Only candidates whose qualifying exam scores meet or exceed the cutoff marks will be shortlisted on the merit list. It will be generated based on candidates’ performance in the matriculation exam.

- You can now select a state or union territory from the list, tap it, and download the PDF file.
What would happen after the India Post GDS Merit List 2024 is released?
DV and shortlisting are two of the steps in the selection process for the GDS position. If the merit list is announced in August 2024, we can expect that the final stage of selection process will take place in September 2024. Candidates who are provisionally shortlisted to be recruited as GDS in the India Post will have to participate in the DV.
GDS Recruitment Selection Procedure for 2024:
The grades from the tenth grade are the only factors used to determine the Gramin Dak Sevak. Based on the tenth grade, the merit list is created for each circle and category. For GDS Recruitment, there isn’t a written exam or interview. Following the results announcement, the documents are verified. Additional merit lists are announced for document verification if the openings are not filled by the first merit list.
