iPhone SE 4 Expected Release Date
Assuming Apple releases the third model of the iPhone SE in 2022 and the second model in 2020, the fourth generation of the iPhone SE is expected to be released in 2024. Regrettably, reliable analyst Ming-Chi Kuo hinted in April that Apple’s plans for 2024 or 2025 do not include the iPhone SE 4. The Elec, a Korean publication, reported that the iPhone SE 4’s mass manufacturing has been delayed until 2025, a year earlier than expected.
iPhone SE 4 Expected Features
Both the iPhone SE 2020 and 2022 had outdated designs that were mostly compatible with the iPhone 8 series from 2017.
The fourth version of the iPhone SE, according to Apple-watching expert Ming Chi-Kuo, would have a 6.1-inch screen and be a “minor modification” of the iPhone 14. This was first stated in February 2023. This implied that a bigger, more contemporary design was forthcoming. The Elec confirmed the display size claim in March 2023.
The renders show a front that resembles the iPhone 14 and a back with a single rear camera. Both a USB-C port and the array of Face ID sensors are visible in these. The iPhone SE 4 is anticipated to sport a 6.1-inch display, as opposed to the 4.7-inch display of the iPhone SE 3. This is based on these renders. Since the dimensions of the gadget are reportedly the same (147.7 x 71.5 x 7.7 mm), there’s a decent likelihood Apple is employing the same shell for the iPhone SE 4 as it did for the iPhone 14.
iPhone SE 4 Expected Price
The Information reports that the iPhone SE 4 will go on sale in the spring of 2025. A “leakster” on X, known as Vignus, claims that the iPhone SE 4 may see a price increase of about 10%, meaning that at launch, it will still cost less than Rs 50,000, which is comparable to the price of an iPhone from a prior generation.
